This means that I didn't work out so hard yesterday that I could still move today! It's much easier to work out a second day when one is able to move!!
I was a little sore in all the right places this morning. I could still walk down the stairs normally. This allowed me to power walk to the gym, where I rode the bike, lifted some weights, and then power walked back home.
I forgot how good sweating feels. I'm going to need to sweat a ton in order to look amazing on the beach in my dress. The goal is sans spanx.
