My original plan was to go running, but since my jaw has been injured that is just not possible. My bike was stolen, so that's a no go for cardio.... and I am not going to start rollerblading BEFORE the wedding- lol, can you imagine? hahahaha!!
Today I went to the gym. And got a free week pass to try out the gym. Which I did! It was great, and nice to see that there are still some muscles under that extra layer!! I haven't purchased a scale yet, so I weighed myself there....
and yes- I will share it with you.
It's the heaviest I've ever been- but I was close to this weight once before, and managed to lose it so I know that I can do it again.

I'd like to lose 20 by the wedding. It's not totally unreasonable, and I know that muscle weighs more than fat, so I'm not going to become obsessed by the numbers. Although it is nice to have some sort of goal to work towards!!
