Booyah 150!!

YES!!! A day off to rest, lots of liquids, a movie, a marathon of Say Yes to the Dress, and a bit of coconut chocolate. A whole day spent basically horizontal except for making soup and doing dishes (fyi- I just accidently typed dresses instead of dishes, lol).

Goal for next Friday- 145 or less!

In other news, my new gym is opening for trial classes this week! I also just discovered that contrary to what you might think, Bellyfit classes aren't classes for pregnant women! The class description sent to me:

"Bellyfit is a high energy aerobics class fused with Bellydance, African dance, Bollywood and Bhangra, Pilates infused core, Yoga infused stretch and Mudra Meditation. It helps women find strength, balance and inspiration. You can get more information on their website www.bellyfit.ca."
