Just did 30 minutes of exercise! I can already see where things are improving in my strength- especially in my arms and a bit in my abs. Yes!! It's supposed to rain here later today so instead of a walk this evening HTB and I are having a Wii date tonight before watching Glee.
Wii + Glee = Yippee!!!
No weigh in today, just a few times a week to make sure I'm on track. It's also not a fabulous time of month for that anyways- which makes me especially happy that on Monday I was below 150!!
9 weeks and 2 days until we leave!!
