And we're passed the 2 month mark

Ahhhhhhhhh!!!

So much work to do- on the body, that is! The beauty of a destination wedding is that most of the actual wedding work is taken care of. We just settle a few things before we get there, and then it's just pack, fly, arrive, make a few last minute decisions, eat, drink and be married! Yippee!!

I've been kicking my ass this week on our Wii. The poor little thing didn't know what was coming. Although the numbers aren't quite going down the way I would have liked for all of this hard work, I am starting to see some small differences. A little more muscle here, a little less flabby flab there. It's all good. Like I said before, I'm not going to become obsessed with the number. As long as the dress fits it's all good!! And I'm up in the number of push ups (full out man push ups too!) and lunges I can do, so it's looking positive. And soon enough I'll be the one looking positive- positively HOT!!!

One more comment... recent reports (although this is not news to me & my trainer) - interval training boosts results up to 3x. So... sprint for a minute, several times during your workout...
